    Q:  Do you support things other then Macintosh and Microsoft Windows?
    A:  We do not Tech support other systems like, PDAs, WebTV, Internet Appliances like I-Opener, or Gaming systems like Dreamcast, Playstation or Nintendo gaming systems. However, if YOU know how to set these up or know someone who does, you definatly may use our service to connect you to the internet. We are a dial up service meaning all you need to connect to us is the phone number, username and password and in some cases like Macintosh, the DNS numbers.

    Q:  What are the DNS numbers and where do I put them on my Macintosh?
    A:  Click the Apple in the upper left hand side, go down to Control Panels, and over and down to TCP/IP. At the bottom it says Name Server Address, , enter our DNS numbers here, they are: 66.242.160.5 - primary and 66.242.160.6 - Secondary. Then go up to File, Quit, Save.

    Q:  How long does it take to get connected from the beginning of the signup?
    A:  If you pay by credit card, you can be online in as little as 5-10 minutes by either calling us or signing up on our website. If you pay by other means like check or money order, we have to wait until we receive it before we can activate your account.

    Q:  Can I do the signup and everything all by myself?
    A:  Yes, you can do everything online now. You can do the signup from our website! You can create your own email addresses right from our site by using the new Self Admin! And you can follow our easy to use setup instructions to set up your computer using Dial up networking or Remote Access. All of our dial up numbers are available on our website. All this is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Q:  Why do you only accept Credit Cards for monthly service?
    A:  Waiting for checks to arrive in the mail can be a cause for many headaches as your account will be deactivated if the payment is not received by your anniversary date. Credit Cards make this process much easier and your account will not be deactivated unless the Credit Card does not allow payment to be received.

    Q:  Can I connect to All2EASY with WebTV?
    A:  Yes, we are fully compatible with WebTV, however we do not tech support the system. We give you all the information needed to connect with us, and you call WebTV to have them help you setup the device.

    A:  Yes, we are a Nation wide ISP now! Please either call us for numbers or the the Service area of our web site for details.

    Q:  How do I upgrade my Internet Explorer?
    A:  You go to Microsoft’s Website at, http://www.microsoft.com and find Internet Explorer 6 and download it from there.

    Q:  How do I disable call waiting?
    A:  To disable call waiting, you need an *70 in front of the telephone number. To do this, double click on My Computer, then open Dial Up Networking.  In here, right click on your All2EASY connection, and left click on Properties. Once in here, click in front of the phone number and type in, *70.  So it should look like this: *70, 554-0149.

    Q:  Do you offer Shell accounts?
    A:  No, at this time we only offer dial up services like 56K, or DialUp Broadband.

    Q:  Can I connect using a Proxy or SSH connections, or can I connect other computers connected on  my LAN?
    A:  Yes, you can connect other computers on your LAN and setup up proxys, however, we do not tech support such settings. As far as SSH connections, we currently do not support them for security reasons.

    Q:  I can connect fine, but when I open Internet Explorer or Netscape, the pages can’t be displayed, why?
    A:  Many things can cause this to happen, one being: If you have a Proxy set or even check marked in your LAN settings in the Connections tab in Internet Options, that can cause it. Another cause can be your TCP/IP, it frequently can be corrupted, this can easily be resolve by reinstalling it. Simply call us and we will walk you though it.  Please be sure you have your appropriate OS CD handy before you call with such problems as most likely it will be needed.

    A:  PC - Windows 95 with Dial up Networking with any processor so long as you have a 14.4 modem or higher working properly.
        MAC – Mac OS 8.0 with TCP/IP and PPP or Remote Access so long as you have a 14.4 modem or higher working properly.

    A:  We support most Operating Systems out there. Since the service is a very easy one to setup, we only provide directions for the most common Operating Systems.     Here are some hard to find contact numbers for some of the common providers. Be sure to tell them that you want to cancel your account with them and watch out for there free 1 month service plans. You will save more then 1 month of there service with us by paying a fraction of there monthly charge.
